About Me

A Personalized Approach

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. I believe in a deeply personal, integrative approach that honors the mind-body connection and meets each person where they are. My work blends traditional psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and evidence-based mind-body practices to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

As a psychotherapist and yoga therapist, I specialize in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and contemplative practices that foster resilience and emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, or the integration of profound experiences—such as psychedelic or mystical states—I offer a space where you can explore your inner landscape with compassion and curiosity.

My approach is rooted in years of experience working with individuals in deep healing spaces, weaving together modern psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and embodied practices. I am passionate about helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your journey toward greater wholeness.
